Don't use FapNoFap to harass others, create fake or automated accounts to manipulate the leaderboard, or attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
We do not make claims about health, testosterone, focus, or any physiological outcome from using this app. FapNoFap is a self-tracking tool. The value it provides depends on how you use it.
